Daniel Hope
Private Clinic & West End
My journey into massage therapy started in the world of dance and theatre. It was during my time in the West End shows that I discovered my passion for helping people feel their best through massage.
I qualified from the amazing NLSSM in 2016 and quickly became dedicated to supporting others through therapy, loving the new paths it was opening, whilst still being able to perform.
Since then, I’ve expanded my skill set to include Dry Cupping, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy Massage, and, more recently, becoming a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. The fitness training has deepened my understanding of the body, helping me guide clients in strengthening, healing, and improving their overall well-being.
I’ve had some amazing opportunities, working with a range of high-end fitness brands, including Barry’s Bootcamp and Equinox Gyms, as well as treating performers in West End and touring theatre productions and Orchestras, that have taken me around gorgeous parts of Europe, The Royal Household Cavalry Regiment, and also a plethora of office workers.
During the pandemic, I also had the privilege of teaching self-massage techniques to over 400 people aged 65+, helping them manage pain and improve mobility using everyday household items like myofascial balls, towels, and spoons. It was a rewarding experience that reinforced my belief in the power of self-care and creativity for over 3 years!
Today, I’m fortunate to work across four locations in London—Waterloo, Bermondsey, South Kensington, and Shaftesbury Avenue—and I’m always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skills. The learning never stops!
